Position Summary

Jaris is seeking a Senior Front End React Developer to own the implementation and delivery of our client side components. The roll out of these components will have a significant impact on the success of both our company and our partners by significantly reducing integration time. In addition, the internal applications you will work on will be critical in the ability for our internal operations teams to scale.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Previous front end development using React and Redux

• Previous experience developing high performing, high traffic solutions to scale

• Own the implementation, testing, and support of both our client components and internal tools

• Participate in developing TypeScript and React best practices

• Technical mentor member of the front end team

• Collaborate with other engineering, product and business teams to identify and build the right products for both our customers and internal stakeholders

Minimum Job Qualifications

• Have 5+ years of experience building web applications

• In-depth knowledge of React or advanced JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML

• Experience working with OpenAPI or gRPC based web services

• Passionate about web technology, reusability, componentization, and building for scale

• An understanding of unit, integration, and end-to-end testing

• Good project management and communication skills

• Product minded engineer with a focus on user experience
